Turkey Leftovers

Adam is a much braver cook than I am. Sometimes it turns out great, sometimes not so great. Ask me about the recent chocolate chip cookies creativity (hint, he added milk to thin out the batter).

When we found ourselves looking for something to eat yesterday at lunch time I was ready to resort to Tios (Yummy...amazing, cheap mexican food). Adam (aka the fiscally responsible one) decided that we would make some minestrone soup from Trader Joes BUT that we would add some leftover turkey.

As I spooned it into the dishes, I decided it looked like some parmesan cheese would taste good. Oh and it did.
