"Future Amy" is becoming more and more... "Present Amy!!"
I baked a chicken last night. Just to prove to myself that I could do it. About a year ago I tried to bake a chicken and it was miserably underdone... Dinner Fail.
We had salmon on salad for dinner and I baked the chicken late into the night... It will make some yummy leftovers all week.
